This is a premium and comprehensive course. We have tried to replicate the face-to-face course as closely as possible, keeping in important contextual info to ensure participants receive the right awareness to pave the way for change. Delivered in bite-sized chunks with a series of short videos in micro-learning style, participants learn at their own pace. From start to finish the course takes approximately 2.5 hours.
This course covers all of the foundation information on workplace bullying and harassment, including a strong focus on sexual harassment.
The course includes plenty or factsheets, worksheets and guidance notes to support your leaders to fully understand each module and walk away with practical guidance to put the learning into action.
The course also includes 3 short assessments.
